Old-style hotel from the road but totally updated on the inside from walls to rug to TV. Big rooms, modern furniture, microwave and fridge, beautiful bathroom. And the price is very reasonable. We arrived late so I did not have any interaction with the staff except on the phone. they were very nice and helpful.

The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly. A good place for families skiing or going to StoryLand. There were families with kids down the hall from us, and we were worried about the noise, but we couldn't hear a thing with the door closed. We would definitely stay again.

The Golden Apple has very comfortable, well equipped rooms, maintained in spotless condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were particularly please by the size and layout of the room. We were very pleased with our stay at the Golden Apple.

My family stayed here while visiting relatives who live nearby for Thanksgiving. It was clean and comfortable. The staff we met was pleasant. We didn't spend much time there, It was more like an 'extra bedroom' for us. It was perfect for us. We will probably go back again.

My husband and I travel to the east coast for the foliage. We always stayed at The Golden Gables (sister property) but it was booked full. So we stayed at The Golden Apple Inn and loved it. It is a small property with wonderful rooms and the staff were all so very nice. We will be there again next year.

I have stayed all over the White Mountains in varying degrees of hotels/motels/inns. The renovation done to this place is top notch. Beds very comfy, bath products great quality. Super clean, super cute. Will definitely come back again. Had a wonderful stay!! Thank you!!

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the Golden Apple Inn was. Our room was spacious and very clean. The furnishings were very nice. The pictures show you exactly what the rooms look like. This Inn is excellent. We spent nine days in Maine, NH, VT. This place was better than some of the hotels we stayed in that we're double the cost. The room was nicely decorated. We loved it and plan to be back.
