If I could afford to go on a permanent vacation this is the kind of place that would make it a wonderful life. The rooms in the B&B are warm and inviting. This inn is everything that previous reviewer's have said: quaint, cozy, right on the Saco River, nice innkeepers,excellent breakfast. Close (15-20 mins) to hiking trails in Crawford Notch and to North Conway town, and the Mt Washington hotel is maybe 30 mins away. I like that its out of the way from busy North Conway.
