My boyfriend and I decided to take a long weekend up at Hampton Beach and we were referred to The Pelham by some friends of ours. Immediately we felt at home, the girls at the desk greeted us with friendly smiles and offered to help us bring our bags to our room. The room was great, with an excellent view... more

My wife used to go up to Hampton Beach with her mom every year until 2003-2004, when she got sick and passed away, then I took her up in 2006 to another hotel, then heard that hotel was being converted to a restaurant, so we stayed at the Pelham in 2007. The room was great, but the bath a bit... more

Like some of the other reviewers, we stay the same week every year. It is honestly like coming home every time... they remember all the regulars year to year, and we don't even have to give our names at check-in... they already know them!!! The hotel itself is in the best location, directly across the street from the playground on... more

We have been staying at Pelham for over 15 years. From the first minute of the the very first year we stayed at the Pelham , we were treated like family by Chuck & Jackie and Helen & Tony! The location is fabulous. Our room is clean and comfotable. And the porch, at night, is the place to be! An... more

We have stayed at the Pelham for over 10 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else at the beach! For us the key is the people, especially the Rage family who has become part of ours. They couldn't be more accomadating, generous or friendly. The apartments behind the main building is where we call home with about 25 other friends each... more

To start... you walk up a steep staircase followed by a slanted hallway, so don't bother bringing big bags unless you are very strong because you will hurt yourself.... It smelt as though every room was joint in with the smoking rooms, which is very unfortunate for asthmatic people. The room we payed $150 a night for was incredibly small--didn't... more

We went to the Pelham in New Hampshire for a week this year. My sister and I go every year. The place is central to everything on Hampden Beach. You just walk across the street to the beach. The rooms are very nice. A continental breakfast is included. There is a nice sitting area and a nice porch. They supply... more

The big deck right on the Boulevard was the best part of the Pelham Hotel. We enjoyed many nights just sitting, socializing and watching. After that it is all down hill. We were shocked, walking into our room that was classified as an 'apartment'. It was simply a small room with furniture crammed in it. NO room to move. We... more

We had booked two nights at the Pelham at a cost of over $350.00. When we saw the room we left and will never go back. The bathroom ceiling had tiles that were falling out and they were covered in mildew. the sheets were stained yellow and the window had a huge hole in the screen. This is absolutely the... more
