Built in early 1900's, so no elevator, pretty clean. We stayed in unit 6 on third (top) floor. We thought it was pretty cool, old building, so if you want modern amenities, this is not for you. Conveniently located right across US-1 from Hampton Beach. Beach is great for walking. Rest of area is pretty touristy.
