The Inn at Bethel Woods is comfortable, conveniently located for exploring the lakes region, and inexpensive. The catch is a shared bathroom for most rooms, but that did not cause any problems during our stay. The bathroom is clean and locks well.

The inn and the campground behind it has just changed ownership for the second time in the last year, so there were no freshly baked breads. Our breakfast consisted of a selection of bagels, cream cheese, yogurts, cereals, milk, juices, coffee, tea and cookies. Not fancy at all, but the new owner, Anne, left it out on the kitchen counter till we got out to eat breakfast around 10:30am, past the planned breakfast time, which was very nice.

The living room seemed very cozy and had a large TV, though we came in late and didn't spend any time there. They also have a small pool, a pool table and weekend activities for the large campground situated behind the inn. Our windows were on the front side of the inn, so it was quiet... more
