Came up for bike week and had small cottage right on the water. Through all the caous on the strip, we had tranquility by the water at Proctors. Travelled from the UK and stayed for 3 nights. Fred the owner was nothing but helpful before we arrived, offering advice and helping out with other arrangements, which was also the case when we arrived. The person paid her deposit on May 11, 2005 and we took this unit off the market for the time till she arrived on 7/30/05 - almost 3 months. Her rate with the boat dock (which she requested) and 8% NH tax was $1,626.20 - NOT $1,700...
