Hotwire rates this 3 star. Not a one star. Priceline rates it one star. We got $50 refund on $55 rate and may have paid too much. Stained floors, walls, carpets, dirty sheets and stained sheets. Truly a terrible Hotel. Stay in your vehicle before you subject yourself to this place.

Not what I would call a destination hotel, but if you are in Laconia, the price is right, the staff is friendly, and they offer a continental breakfast in the lobby. (Coffee in a box? Who knew?) I'm not sure what else to say...

Friendly, inexpensive, clean, free parking, nice free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Located in the center of an adorable town and very convenient to the Meadowbrook Paviliion. All in all a very good value.
