As a Truck Driver I have stayed in many hotels. I chose to stay at this hotel 1 to 2 nights a week. I can not comment on the breakfast because my hours do not allow me to take advantage of this service. But as far as price, clean comfortable rooms and GREAT service you can not find a better... more

This motel is relatively new and looks sharp. Definitely an above average place to stay -- in an area that doesn't have a lot of decent accomodations. I can't quite give them 4-stars for 2 reasons. One, the beds seem cheap. Maybe I'm spoiled by the "bed wars" at the fancy chains, but these mattresses seemed adequate at best. Second,... more

I wanted a motel that was clean and well priced, and I didn't care for elegance. A good 2-star motel was good enough for me. This was the only one available at the time that was remotely close to the White Mountains attractions. I was mostly pleased with the room. The bed was not the most comfortable, but then I'm... more

We stayed at the Coos Motor Inn during an annual folliage trip to the White Mountains. Since many area hotels are now requiring a two-night mininum for October folliage, started to look at other hotels in which we hadn't stayed in the past. In all honesty, our experiences with Gorham area hotels were only okay. The Coos Motor Inn is... more

We just stayed for one night as part of a last-minute decision to go to Santa's Village. We made our reservation just a week ahead of time and there seemed to be plenty of rooms available while we were there. On the hotel's website, there was a coupon you could print out for a 10% discount. The cost for our... more

We stayed here four nights in the middle of June 2008. Lancaster is centrally located to major White Mountain attractions including Franconia Notch and the Cog Railway. It is a quaint northwoods town with a nice historic downtown on the Israel River. The motel is very well maintained with nice large rooms including microwave and refrigerator. The free breakfast was... more

Just returned from a two night business trip with a stay at the Coos Motor Inn. Perfect for what we needed; a clean, quiet place near our work site. I liked the refrigerator in the room and the coffee maker, too. $5 day pass to use the fitness center across the street was good, walking distance to two restuarants, several... more

We stayed 4/12/04 overnight it is basically on the north part of the main road. right next door is a gas station with a convenience store I think it is a big Apple and Exxon gas. on the other side of the hotel is a small shopping center with a small Shaw’s (New England Shopping center chain), a NH State... more

My boyfriend and I were going to go leaf-peeping and at the last minute, decided to spend the night in Franconia, NH so we wouldn't have to drive back to Boston at night. Unfortunately, all the rooms were either booked or extremely expensive. We decided to search nearby areas and after looking at TripAdvisor, the Coos Inn seemed like a... more
