“Stay away from the Condo”

We experienced two serious issues during our stay. First of all, Debbie, the owner, recommended us to move into her condo instead of the cottage which we booked initially. Drove into town looking for a place to stay. First good looking motel I saw. The owner / manager said he had the heat on in 1 room of the motel section, I was the only guest that night. The room was clean and neat and I could hear the stream behind the motel. When I came back from dinner... more

I took two British relatives and my girl friend on a two week fall foliage tour in October 2006. We stayed at a lot of lovely motels, hotels and B&Bs along the way.
