We stopped here on our way back on a long trip from Canada to Boston. We arrived exhausted and starving at 9:55 as we'd tried several other hotels with no luck. I was looking for a pet friendly Inn and found the Beal House Inn on line. I booked a few days away for me and the dog and we BOTH had a great time. Lynn and Brian and all the staff made us feel so welcome, it was like being "home" but better. The room we stayed in was clean... more
The property is right on the main route into town and was noisey. The facility is showing its age...they 'cover it up' with paint. If you have trouble with any kind of stairs, look for a place that's ADA approved. We did not see any handicap access. Parking was a challenge. The rooms felt overpriced.
