NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFIC TO THE LAKEHOUSE GRILL RESTAURANT INSIDE CHURCH LANDING! Like all the other restaurants in the Common Man group, the food here is very good. The *wait* for a table was over 90 minutes last night, as it was when we went to the one in Windham, NH. Good thing we had reservations this time--we were... more

Even though we only stayed one night we loved it so much, we are going back in October this year. It is everything you see in the Inn's website. more

My husband and I decided to spend our 1st anniversary at Church Landing in Meredith, NH in April of 2009. We drove up from Boston, about a 2 hour drive, and checked in without any delay. We booked a king fireplace room with a balcony overlooking the lake. We also took some advice from a friend and spent a couple... more

I stayed at Church Landing for one night but spent 2 full days there. The room was absolutely lovely with a balcony right on the lake. Absolutely beautiful sunrise and sunset! I ate lunch at the little grill they have there and that had a gorgeous view of the lake and the food was quite good. The inn also did... more

My wife and I had a one night's stay. The views are spectacular. Each room has a view of the Lake. Our room had a king bed with sofa sitting area, nice cozy fireplace and a small balcony overlooking the lake. The room also had a dvd player if someone wanted snuggle down for the night with a movie. The... more

We stayed one night at this hotel and wished we could have stayed for many more. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman at check-in. The process was very smooth and efficient. We had booked a deal on travelzoo and received every piece of the special in one envelope, which was very organized and useful. Our room... more

We stayed at Church Landing for Valentines day weekend. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and modern. I liked that it had a little section with a coffee maker and a mini fridge. We often pack snacks and have to keep them in our cooler, the fridge was an added bonus I didn't know we had. I loved how all... more

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids for a 2 day late summer getaway. When we arrived a bit early, the staff was very apologetic that they could not accommodate our unexpectedly early arrival, but got our room ready quickly. Staff were small town friendly and helpful when we were looking for attractions to entertain the kids . The... more

This hotel is outstanding and has a truly beautiful setting. The hotel is relatively new (4 yrs) and is situated on Lake Winnepesaukee. The grounds of the hotel are unbeatable. The view from our room was breath-taking (reminded me a bit of the view from Chateau Lake Louise). Our room was fantastic. It faced the landscaped grounds & the lake.... more

Stayed here for 2 nights and were extremely surprised by this Hotel!! The hotel is well located, bordering the Lake. The decor inside is what makes this hotel so spectacular!! It feels like a cabin, bordering a lake. White Birch is everywhere!!! And the decor is a mix of Snow shoes, skis, skates, etc. I loved every public room that... more
