We stopped here on our way to Vermont. The room was a little worn out and a little dirty, the bed was uncomfertable. The saving grace was the attached 99 restaurant which was excellent. The free hotel breakfast was not bad either. For those reasons I would consider staying here again. There is not much to do in Nashua, but... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor. I am glad to hear you would consider us again in the Nashua area. New bedding is being installed by end of March 2012 and we are also renovating rooms. Thank you for the comments, we take feedback very seriously. Brent - GM More

This hotel is centrally located to all of the Nashua highways, and it has a 99 Restaurant attached, so it is very conveniently situated. We reserved 2 rooms for 4 days for family members for our daughter's wedding. What an embarrassment! We occupied 1 smoking room and 1 non-smoking room, but both rooms were very dingy, the kind of dinginess... More

We recently stayed at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding, but there was a NASCAR event the same weekend so all other hotels in the area were booked solid - so I believe we payed above the normal rate for this hotel. The room air conditioner was noisy and difficult to sleep with - since the room... More

Dear Mjpm3, I am sorry to hear you feel the price of the room was too high, but hotel rate is based on occupancy. The higher the demand for the rooms, the higher the price. You will always find higher rates during NASCAR events. As far as the disposable breakfast items are concerned there is not much we can do... More

I recently stayed at this establishment. It is dank, dingy, worn out and smells bad. It appears that the staff has made a modicum of effort to do some upgrades, but they have fallen quite short. The room was big, but the carpet was worn out. It just had that creepy feel of "dirty". Perhpas I'm being a bit melodramatic,... More

The first room we had smelled so strongly of a chemical cleaning solution it was nauseating. We ended up asking for another room once we realized the window we had opened to attempt to air the room out a little wouldn't lock (we were on the first floor). The staff gave us another room with no hassle, but the second... More

Pretty bad-- but not the absolute worst. I'm 29, I stayed 2 nights 6/17/11 to 6/19/11 for a wedding in the area. I got a double bed room with no exterior windows (the window looks out into the hallway). PROS: - No bed bugs... to the best of my knowledge! - No weird stains on sheets or towels - The... More

We traveled for a weekend get-together with friends in NH. The BW Granite Inn was easy to get to, clean and reasonably priced--particularly since breakfast was included. Our room was amply sized with two queen beds, lots of pillows (a bit too overstuffed for my liking). The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet, save for the one... More

I would never stay here or any other Best Western again. I purchased by room through PRICELINE.COM. I went to check in and was told I needed a $100 credit card or cash deposit. I did not have $100 on my debit card nor that in cash. The woman at the front desk told me there was nothing they could... More

All night long, for three consecutive nights, we heard loud thumping noises like a garbage dumpster being repeatedly closed. The room itself was always damp and smelled vaguely of something unpleasant. Its window only accessed the hallway. The only reason we remained is that the reservation was prepaid. More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor. I am sorry to hear your stay wasn't more enjoyable. I am not sure which 3rd party you booked through, but we could have moved you to a different room if the one you were in was noisy. Half of our rooms have outside windows, this probably would...
