The owner would not honor the rate we had been quoted on the phone. When I politely questioned the rate on my registration card, she snapped that that was the rate and if I didn't like it I could stay somewhere else. I called my sister to confirm that we had both heard the person who took our reservation say that they would honor the internet special that was advertised at the time we had made the reservation. She confirmed, but the owner yelled that "one more word out of you and you'll be staying in tents tonight." I have never ever been treated so poorly, rudely, and disrespectfully by anyone. I politely told her I have worked in customer service for 25 years and I couldn't believe she was treating me the way she was treating me.
