My wife and I spend new years eve in North Conway and we stayed at the North Conway Mountain Inn. We were greeting by a woman named Roberta, who was very pleasant. Upon arriving to our room we were surprised to find complimentary champagne and strawberries - where does one find such ripe strawberries in NH this time of year!... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the North Conway Mountain Inn. We had such a nice experience! We had read the prior reviews, but we never base our decision to stay somewhere on a couple comments so we booked a room 3 weeks in advance. Our experience was very pleasant. We found the Inn immaculate, bright and the view was a definite bonus. We had booked one of the larger resorts and found it to be just the opposite. It was double the price and it smelled of mold. We stayed at the North Conway Mountain Inn 3 nights that week and can only say... more

As one of those recently burned by the North Conway Mountain Inn's bad business practices, I strongly recommend against staying there. They eagerly accept your credit card for an advanced reservation, then they will rent the room to others for more money, leaving you stranded. Then, they'll claim it's YOUR fault! Go a little further up the road to Jackson... more

Myself and friends had guaranteed confirmed reservations for two rooms made weeks in advance on two seperate credit cards. When we arrived at 7:30pm the rooms were already given away. The manager said that it was not their fault and they would not find us another room. They left us stranded. The manager would not even come to the front... more

Weekend of February 13th We experienced the same scenario the night of our check in and the reception was excellent . They were accomodating, friendly, clean and did not increase the our rate from the estimate that was given over the phone three days earlier! The view from our balcony was a nice surprise. The North Conway Mountain Inn is not listed on your site. However, I wanted to alert travelers to AVOID THIS MOTEL!!! Very sleazy business practices!!! We made a reservation on Thursday, August 14 for the night of Saturday, August 16. We were quoted a rate of $125.
