The queen bed had a gas fireplace and a huge bathroom. The price was for the off-season right ($107 total as compared to $134 for 2 double beds at the Holiday Inn Express just down the road). The front desk clerk was helpful and courteous. The "free" breakfast left a lot to be desired because the restaurant staff were rude... more

We went sightseeing in North Conway and headed north to Mt. Washington. We found our stay to be comfortable, the help was courteous and our breakfast was excellent. In the evening we could walk to the restaurant of our choice and were within walking distance to some of the best outlets. All in all, a great stay at very reasonable... more

The front desk clerk was very nice, the room was clean and there was good shower pressure and nice hot water. Other than that, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. The lamp on the night table between the beds either... more

An aging motel. Our room, numbered 114, developed an overpoweringly stench several times during the night, waking us up and keeping us up for about 30 minutes until the smell dissipated. Parking lot lights were not totally blocked at night by the curtains. more

I was camping with my family and we went to town to rent a room to escape our leaky tent. We had had breakfast at the restaurant before, and since it came with "breakfast included" we gave it a try. Breakfast included was $3.29 off for 2 people. Give me a break! The only good thing I can say is... more

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for just one night. The problem is that most places in North Conway book for a minimum of 2 nights. The Yankee Clipper was available for a one night stay (which was good). The problem we had was that the room smelled of mildew and possibly even urine. At a rate... more
