Beyond expectation, this new clean B & B is well situated away from the main road in North Conway ensuring a quiet night sleep but accessible to all the area amenities. Particularly enjoyed our host Rob Cappiello who made our stay so comfortable. Fruit and chocolates, hot teas, coffee, & bottled water were available at any hour.Comfortable living room and... more

My husband and I stayed at this amazing B&B while in North Conway for a wedding. To sum up our experience- we were very tempted to skip the wedding, just so that we could have more time to spend at the inn. In fact, we didn't make it to the rehearsal dinner, because we were so comfortable, we couldn't bring... more

If only all B&Bs were as good as the Red Elephant. Warm welcome and knowledgeable and helpful hosts. The house has been completely refurbished, with new everything, including bathrooms. The decor is tasteful and modern - no floral wallpaper or moose heads or Victorian doilies, what a relief. And breakfast was terrific - fruit pancakes, homemade scones, fruit salad. Off... more

We made a terrible mistake last weekend not going back to stay the the wonderful Red Elephant. Just look at their rooms on line and what you see is what you get only more beautiful and clean and quite. The breakfast was far above average and a little different than just your average scrambled eggs. The innkeepers were friendly but... more

Really well done-up rooms - clean, pretty antiques and gleaming bathrooms (a rarity). The breakfast was great too (even the cutlery was exquisite). Finally, the couple who owned it were very warm - and I felt that was very important. It was our family's first stay in an American bed and breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. more

My husband and I decided to go to NH to see some snow during the Christmas break and found the Red Elephant online. Tana and Nelson were wonderful innkeepers and made our stay warm and memorable. We stayed in the East Asia room, which was a warm oasis from the cold. The fireplace was so awesome and with the heated... more

We stayed in the South East Asian Room in early January 2008. The pictures online are deceptive, the room was huge! The gas fireplace was great, and there was a huge 2 person jacuzzi tub. The first morning, we had bananas with honey, a sweet potato muffin, a huge sausage, and a really good ham and cheese quiche. The next... more

This is a truly unique B&B. You will see what I mean when you arrive there. It is also good at all the essentials, and is very warm and cosy. The breakfasts are, in keeping with the rest of the place, unique and more importantly very tasty - the coconut crumble was quality, as were the blueberry pancakes. If you... more

My husband and I booked a room at the last minute a few weekends ago in order to get in some end of the season skiing at Attitash. The skiing was awful, but the inn more than made up for it. Cozy and comfortable, eclectic decor, walking distance to shops, restaurants and town. The innkeepers were so friendly and interested... more
