A group of friends on a roadtrip - seven of us - booked this place before we arrived in New England and couldn't believe the low price. We stayed two nights with our children 5 &3, along with my mother in law. We had a mountain view room and we rented a cot for an extra $10 a night. This was well worth it. Overall this hotel delivered on what it was supposed to be. A family friendly place in a pretty good location in proximity to North Conway.
