I stayed for two nights at this hotel while traveling with a large tour group. The room seemed fine at first, until we noticed that the heat would not turn off. Compared to other hotels where we've stayed, the North Conway was an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet and evening meal in the restaurant were plentiful, the location to the Settler's Crossing mall and sites in North Conway easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable--and quiet. We plan to return some time. more

We stayed 2 nights while exploring the White Mountains - - spacious room with view of the mountains in the distance, great outdoor & indoor pool with water jets, Jacuzzi and fire ring to dry off by, and pizza delivery from just outside the gate. We arrived the day after Labor Day. Not crowded at all. The hotel was nice w/a restaurant. Coffee is free in the morning, Afternoon they have lemonade and cookies. This hotel is is surrounded by the Settler's Green shopping area. It's right off the street and quiet. They have two pools and spa's and one small pool for the children.... more
