Hotel looks nice from the outside and from the lobby but the rooms are quite worn and the decor is dated. However, the beds are comfy and everything is clean. Staff is super friendly. Found it pricey for what is offered. If it was $85/night I would have loved it. more

Please don't slam your room door when you leave/arrive...it's not necessary. Stayed 10/22, hotel is located off the main street, so road noise low. Convienient and the staff is very friendly. It was our 2nd stay at this HI Express. Our room was big enough, clean and modern, the staff friendly and the hotel is close to the Settler's Green outlet. The breakfast is similar to what you get at any HI express. It's a good choice in North Conway. more
