We stayed in late June. The staff was nice and friendly the indoor pool was a great addition since it rained. However our room was old and dirty. The celing had water stains. Matresses were stained. Just got back from North Conway. I wasn't sure if I'd booked the right Hotel as the reviews were mixed but my experience was great. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful with information on the area. Our room was very nice. I think the photos don't do the bedrooms justice. Nice location. Right on the main highway but set back enough where you hear no noise. Very quiet. The rooms are ok. Nothing extraordinary. Seemed like they were working on a few of the rooms as we saw workers at one end of the hall. If they invest a bit more in the rooms it would be our only choice... more

the staff was very, very helpful and met our needs in many ways.. It's a good spot for a couple of nights. They've clearly started some of the Holiday Inn Express upgrades. The bed was quite comfortable, as was the nice comforter. They've done some upgrades in the bathroom, which looked nice, but the devil is in the details and the black spots on the caulking wasn't ideal. But I could live with... more
