We stayed here one night and wouldn't stay here again. The location is within miles of Portsmouth and Kittery but the hotel itself is in the middle of a rundown part of town, limited restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I stayed 2 nights in a double queen room. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The included breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, waffles, and the usual standard fare. Hotel is located on a major route, close to downtown and outlets in Kittery. Room was clean (though older decor). Staff was friendly I'd definitely stay again. more

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. Despite the grim looking approach through the car park the hotel was bright and welcoming. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room. Ideal for exploring the area and fantastic shopping nearby! Breakfast was excellent, set us up for the rest of the day. more
