Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and again this year. Had an excellent rate as had vouchers from "Room Saver". Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast good and the smell of cookies cooking in the evening was awesome. more

we came all the way from germany to find this very well managed Inn in Portsmouth. nice rooms, clean and everything you need for a very cheap price. this Inn seems to be run by private people. The friendliness of the people working is very charming and warm. Great breakfast. we enjoyed our stay. micky more

My husband and I visit Portsmouth 7-8 times per year for leisure, shopping and theatre. We always stay at America's Best Inn. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. We stayed for two nights. The hotel wasn't too bad. The room was very dreary. The sheets and towels were clean but had seen better days. Everything in the room seemed dull and needed a freshen up. I don't think we would rush to book into that hotel again. more
