We stayed here because of the exemplary reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The front desk was wonderful...when we needed some emergency toiletry items, they were quickly provided free of charge. Nice hotel, conveniently located. Clean, comfortable room. VERY friendly front desk staff. One complaint was that the pool didn't open in the morning until 9am. Diner in a connected parking lot, but it closes at 8pm (which we found out by walking to the door at 8:10pm - oh well!). Would stay there again. more

Stayed here for three nights and it is fantastic. used it as a base for seeing the white mountains (North Conway a simple one-hour drive up the road) and the Maine coast (Kennebunkbort about and hour also).Facilities were excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel go out of there way to help you, customer service at tis best! Rooms are nice, clean, good size. There were 3 of us.
