We set Rochester New Hampshire as our lodging destination for a September 2007 evening. We were enticed by it having a “Residence Inn” on our GPS. However, the Residence Inn had nothing to do with Marriott. It was an old rundown strip motel. There were 2 or 3 other motels, which also were run down strips well past their prime.... More
