The place has no smoking signs, makes you sign something saying that you will not smoke but then our room reeks of smoke. When I returned home, I couldn't wait to wash my daughter's smoky hair. When we informed the staff of this they just said, 'oh.'

For the area this is the best bang for your buck. The rooms are small but clean with a great view of the lake. This is not your typical highway Rodeway. It is a modest sized property, most rooms with a view of Lake Winnisquam. The room was clean, and the manager quite accomodating. There were only two rooms being used so it was pretty quiet. The manager did go out of his way to provide a pretty wide variety of breakfast items.

Stayed for 2 nites during Columbus weekend - room was small but how much room do you need when you are only there to sleep! Good price and great breakfast - weather was wonderful so breakfast on the deck in October - what more could you ask for.
