We stay at The Windward House every year during July. It has everything a B&B should have: cleanliness, beautifully appointed rooms, friendly service, delicious breakfast, a great porch for relaxing, located on the most beautiful street in Cape May, 1/2 block from the ocean and from Washington Street (a no-traffic, five block stretch of art galleries, restaurants, and other shops).... We stayed the end of September. This was our favorite B&B to date. Sandy is very nice and personable. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Rooms are very nice. You can walk to just about everything you would want to do. The parking area for your car is not to far. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a weekend at the end of September. The house is beautifully appointed and meticulously kept. The location is in the center of everything. Our second floor room had access to the large balcony overlooking Jackson Street. It was a delightful stay...

This was our first time staying at the Windward House. Our hostess, Sandy, very gracious. The breakfasts were something to look forward to. They even shared their recipies. Our room was beautiful and spacious. It was a beautiful experience. We have been coming to Cape May for the past 25 years, and this was the best time!!!

Very enjoyable stay in this b&b. We stayed for just one night in the Wicker Room. on the third floor, but it was more of a suite than just a room. Very private with acess to the roof deck. Booked last minute & we were very pleased. breakfast was served buffet style. Location was perfect!

We loved the location of this B&B - only 1/2 block from the beach. Like all the other reviewers say - the breakfasts are bountiful and delicious, the parking is close by, the beach is only a few steps from the front porch and so is the mall, and you get the added convenience of the beach tags and chairs.... We had a fantastic stay. We stayed for 5 nights in the Wicker Room. The two bedrooms were perfect for us. My daughter loved having her own room and watching tv at night. The bathroom did not had a lot of headroom in the shower but that was due to the low ceilings which is expected from such an old... More

A wonderful B&B with a lot of character and fantastic breakfasts. We stayed for 5 days in the Cottage room. The owner, Sandy, and the other ladies who helped run it were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and furnished with beautiful antique pieces. Our first breakfast was peach French toast, with muffins, bacon, and fruit; and... More

Stayed in the Edwardian Room, very nice decor, and very clean. Owner Sandy Miller was extremely hospitable, and had a great sense of humor. She made some great recommendations for dining and day trips and made us feel like we were in our own home. We were able to check in early on our arrival date which was a huge... More
