I spent three days at Antoinette's, just three blocks from the Washington Street Mall. It's a beautifully maintained Victorian apartment/guest house with 4 suites available. I stayed in the Peppenelli Suite, a one-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor that can sleep 5. Full kitchen, dining area, lvg room with gas fireplace, bedroom has a queen and twin bed.
