We stayed in the Green Room, and my recurring thought was that this room must have been closed most of the year. It was like staying in your old aunt's basement. This review is only for the restaurant since we did not stay in the hotel. Our family loves traditional French food. We travel to France often and are always searching for good French restaurants. My boyfriend and i wanted to get away from the city for a weekend and called up hotels in Cape May on Friday night. There were rooms available in Alexander's inn and reading previous reviews we decided to go for it. Larry ( the innskeeper) was a great host!! The rooms were beautiful. Bathrooms clean and towels changed every morning.... more
