I visited the Gingerbread House during the week after Labor Day. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It has been beautifully restored with lovely antiques. However, it didn't feel stuffy and uncomfortable. On the contrary, it felt warm and welcoming to relax in the parlor or enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room.
