“Great Conference Location”

We've had our annual conference at this facility for over 10 years. The Grand Hotel has been very accommodating. Whenever we've asked for something, the answer is usually yes! “Great customer service - Great Stay - At The Grand”

Our basketball organization comes to Cape May once a year for the Scoop Taylor Summer Slam. We will always choose The Grand Hotel. Great facility, great customer service, very friendly and very clean. They go out of their way to ensure our stay is a pleasant one! It's quite GRAND! We will see you again this June '13. “Very nice experience”

Just spent a week at The Grand Hotel with a photography school and the experience wast just wonderful. The hotel staff was very accomodating and lovely. Our food at the hotel was perfect and the rooms were very clean. Certainly look forward to returning!

Nice presentation on website however upon arrival we drove around the block and in the parking lot looking for the area to check in. Finally locating the check in area the lobby looked quite nice. We were prepaid online and just needed our key. We were politly greeted and given our key and told not to worry about parking pass... More

“comfy beachfront locale at a fair not great price but its food really disapoints.”

A welcoming helpful staff made the stay okay, despite a disapointing dining room menu...which included frozen veggies. The average rooms were kept very clean. I liked staying at anearby motel better since I didn't need the services a hotel offers and a nice even beachfront room could be had for less.
