We decided to stay here because we got a good deal of $89 ($102 after taxes) for a standard room with a queen size bed. For whatever reason, perhaps maybe because I'm a Marriott Rewards member (but not even Silver), we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was a good size for just me and my partner. The best... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and was shocked that it has slipped a little. The breakfast= slimey scrambled eggs. hard as rocks home fries, burnt bacon. the waffles overcooked because the batter is too thin. Spotted overripe bananas. 3 kinds of cereal. Raisin bran, fruit loops and some other kind of flake. hard croisants, stale bread for... more

This hotel was fabulous. A while ago, we stayed at the Residence Inn Somerset, a short distance away. This hotel was an EXACT replica. Layout and everything. I know that these hotels are mostly cookiecutters, but the staff was super. At Somerset, they were very rude. This hotel was also much quieter. The pool was GREAT with an outdoor patio... more

The first hour was a nightmare. Hotel was remodeling rooms. The first room they gave us (made reservations in May), all the furniture was in the middle of the room, No phone, lamps or linens. The second room, toilet was missing the seat and there was no handle on the patio window. Third room and final room, remote did not... more

I had requested foam pillows when I booked my room. They were not there and had to wait about an hour until they found some. The ice machine was not turned on in the suite, so we had no ice until later in the evening. Breakfast was very good and well-stocked. The staff was good too. But the place was... more

The roomy suites, complimentary hot breakfast and indoor pool here make it a much better value than several chain motels in the area charging just as much. I thought both the exterior and the interior design were fine, not sure what that comment from another poster was about. My only real quibble with the room was the bed: it sagged... more

Great rooms - lots of space and nicely decorated, although the exterior could do with a make-over. We stayed for a week, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - these are the best hotel employees I have ever come across in 30 years of travelling around the world. A bit isolated from shops/restaurants if you have no... more

We travelled from the Republic of Ireland to New jersey and we stayed at this hotel from August 13th to August 27th. The hotel was tastefully decorated and well maintained. It was easy to find travelling from Newark Airport, being situated off Route 130. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment with a kitchen, lounge area and 2 bathrooms. The beds... more

My husband and I stayed here for one night and were a little worried about safety as we saw multiple groups of 5-8 people hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer. The hotel does have an attractive appearance with an indoor/outdoor pool...so get ready for lots of kids running around the pool and in the halls and stairwells all... more

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Cranbury in early September. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was huge with a kitchenette, a living room area and then the bed area. The bathroom area was closed off with a nice sized area with the sink and a large mirror, which was helpful trying to get ready while... more
