Hilton is a trusted chain and everything was as expected. Except, I was not treated like an HHonors member and in fact, two days later, noticed I received no points for the stay!! We enjoyed our short stay. Rooms were comfortable. The even manager was not very co-operative and had a bit of rudeness to him.

Super place to stay; very clean, service is great, convenient location. Staff went out of their way both for our hotel needs, and our son's wedding reception which was held in their fantastic Sterling Ballroom

Nice food, Nice people. Hotel staff was very professional especially April as she understands customer very well & takes care of their concerns absolutely the way they would want without wasting any time. Overall excellent stay at Double tree. I would recommend it to everyone. -Ravindra

The room was clean and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. I was there for a wedding and although the appetizers were amazing the dinner was subpar. The filet was chewy and dry and tasted as though it was cooked earlier and sitting under a lamp for a few hours.

I had stayed at this hotel when it was another chain and this hotel is a 1000% improvement --rooms were excellent, linens very clean, overall hotel appearance- excellent and restaurant and bar very comfortable with good selection on menu and food well prepared.

The rooms are nice but the customer service was lacking tremendously. A guest was allowed to check into the brides room without any questions asked, even though her name was not associated with the room. hilton hotels always make us feel right at home with friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms and a reasonable rate. looking forward to that cookie and staff's smile always brightens our day. on-site restaurant/bar helps too. great location close to the beach, shopping, and our family in NJ.

The room accommodations were excellent. We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small, but the breakfast staff are very cheerful and are very attentive.
