I had a problem with my reservation, I booked at a lower rate than I was confirmed at. I took screen shots of the reservation screen as I received the original on line confirmation. Sheratons reservation system sent me my confirmation back at a higher rate. I sent my screen shots to them and they refused to look at them.... more

I have been staying at this hotel for many years; even before it was a Sheraton property. Up until last year, it had deteriorated and become very tattered and worn. Last year, Sheraton closed it and did a top to bottom remodel. What a fabulous job they did! It is now a fully updated, bright, modern and very comfortable hotel.... more

We stayed for a week in April and all the staff were very nice..esp the entire front office team: Lynn, Daniel, Juliette,Greg who drove us around in that very convenient shuttle. Comfy room and many amenities available but it was the staff that made the stay memorable. more

This Sheraton hotel was recently renewed/ made over. One of my best stays in a while. Newly renovated room on the 9th floor. The Sheraton Hotel at Rariton Center in Edison, NJ can best be classified as a "work in progress". They just finished up extensive renovations, but there were definitely still some problems.
