I arrived after a nine hour flight. Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Malfunctioning air conditioner, the problem was not resolved timely. Dirty bathroom and lights in the room not working. Overall seedy hotel. Although renovations are happening, this is no excuse for the poor service I received. more

We drove up to NYC from DC and overnighted on the drive home. The staff was very receptive, so when we asked for another room after our A/C unit leaked, we were promptly assigned next door.
