We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Lilligaard. The owners are so very nice and super accomodating. The breakfast was excellent. This is our third year staying at the Lilligaard for a girls weekend getaway. The second floor porch provides a beautiful ocean view with pleanty of comfortable chairs to relax in. This is a venerable property that has seen many seasons at Ocean Grove - but always with upgrades each season. The hand painted murals in every room are incredible! Paid a hefty fee for an extremely small, uncomfortable room--so small, we had difficulty walking around the double bed. A tiny sink was wedged in a corner, but the faucets had to be held on to get water and the plug was dirty and corroded. The air conditioner rattled and gave little relief.
