What a disappointment- no towel rails, no bed-side table, no cleaner. The staff were new and very pleasant but they seem swamped in paperwork and how to operate basics like give the client a bill before charging the wrong rate. What a wonderful morning we spent with Tess and Phil. Lots of snow outside. Warm and cozy inside. We didn't want to leave. Also, we had a great dinner in the restaurant last night.
