This is well maintained beach house/condos managed by Sam who has multiple prime location properties. Kayton is very clean and only Half Block to Seaside attractions and Beach. Prices was absolutely wonderful, do yourself a favor and save yourself from high priced accomodations. They have good weekdays package deals to enjoy such a condo, it would cost me arm and... more

This is not a motel, so if you thinking about the motel room forget about it, because it is gross house/junk yard where you keep your old stuff. If you have already make a reservation for this place cancle while you can. more

my family stay at Kayton apartments was great. apartment is big with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms kitchen living room. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quite modern. This is very nice place by the boardwalk. lot of parking spots available so that you dont have to feed meters. Staff of drydock beach house properties were very caring and friendly. Kayton apartment stay was very pleasant, clean, modern and very relaxing. Managed by drydock motel. Kayton is definately upscale and perfect fit for family as well as kids. Ask for their 4 nights special package, very reasonable. more
