Got out after a week. Glad I left. Bed had a hard surface with saggy springs underneath. Air conditioning was too cold in (tiny) living room, but didn't reach (tiny) bedroom. Cheapest place around, but there's a reason. more

Located in a nice area, easy commuting to the NY city as the Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and takes about 20 min to reach the city. The only one and the biggest problem we faced was lack of hygiene inside the room. The room was extremely dirty and the bath rooms....I really have no words... more

We chose this hotel for 3 main reasons: 1. Location- It was very easy access to NYC (My daughter and I were going to American Girl Place) There are also a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 2. There were five adults in our party and we wanted suites so our options were limited as suites in Manhattan were out of our price range. This hotel is in a super location. The bus to Manhattan stops right across the street and it is a 15-20 minute air conditioned ride into the city. And it only makes one stop... more

stayed there for about 2 weeks and was pleasantly surprised to find it in a good location - walking distance to several restaurants and shops. receptionists were very friendly and helpful. rooms were of good size and clean. the only bad thing about the room is that the showerhead in the bathroom wasn't fixed properly so water sprayed all over... more
