My family was looking for a an inexpesive place to stay outside of Ocean City, NJ to save some money. I admit I was hesitant based onthe price and limited internet reviws however I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, I hate to say it but you get what you pay for. The most disappointing part of this was that the web site lead me to believe one thing howeve reality was another. Below are discrepancies so buyer beware:

1. Hotel is NOT non-smoking. Ash trays were in each room and rooms had a distictive smoke smell. Not we anticipated.

2. There is no free newspaper and our room did not have an alarm clock. I question some of the other amenities listed such as laundry service etc. but never bothered to check on them.

3. The fornt desk was pleasant but wasnot real knowledgeable in local attractions or restaraunts which was disappointing.

4. The biggest issue....the rooms were filthy. There was dirt all on the walls and the rooms were very aged... more
