My wife and I wanted someplace quiet, both close to great restaurants, shopping, and some sights. We were leaving the kids home for our 12th anniversary and we found the Spring Lake Inn to be the perfect spot. Our room was very nice. The bed, pillows, and sofa very comfortable. The place was very quiet and even with a family... more

Mine was a business/pleasure trip, and decided that I wanted to stay outside of New York.I made a shortlist of five B&Bs in Spring Lake, all of which were visited for me by a colleague, and we decided on the MOONBEAM room at the hotel. The room was faultless and a really cosy haven.En-suite bathroom with great shower, large mirror, good lighting and hairdryer. Fridge... more

A friend and I spend this past weekend at the Spring Lake Inn on the Jersey shore. It's a beautiful inn, warm and inviting with nicely appointed rooms, spacious parlor and dining room and a big front porch with pretty flowers - all clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great with fruits, cereal, yogurt etc. wtih one or two hot... more

Had a great Labor Day stay at the Inn. I can see why it's rated the #1 B&B/Inn. Plenty of parking, individually decorated rooms, wonderful breakfasts, attentive breakfast staff, within walking distance of the pretty lake, the small downtown, and at least three good restaurants and a really good ice cream shop, and being a block from the beach entrance... more

Our best shore vacation ever was at the Spring Lake Inn. After we parked we didn't drive again until we had to leave. We ate 2 of our best all time meals at the Black Trumpet and Whispers restaurants. The best part was that short walk back to the Inn's porch for an after dinner drink by the lantern candles... more

My husband , 18 mo old son and I stayed at Spring Lake Inn at the end of July for a few days. We had a great time. The town of Spring Lake is beautiful. The beaches are clean, the boardwalk is uncommercialized and is a very serene and peaceful town. And if you want more excitement or a more... more

The Inn claims to accomodate families with young children, however, they do not. You will be charged a security deposit so think twice before chosing this B&B if you have young children. Which means, you may have to leave early if your children make even the slightest peep or behave like normal children. Not only will you not be refunded... more

A block to the beach and they have all that you need for your day: Beach Passes, Towels, Chairs (Old), bikes. A warm breakfast that was acceptable. The walls were a little thin for a romantic getaway, but most are too tired after a day at the beach to notice. The typical B&B interior. Spring Lake is not an inexspensive... more

The Spring Lake Inn is the perfect getaway for many reasons. It is located one block from the ocean in a quaint , elegant town. My wife, and three year old son, and I had a terrific time over our three day stay. The owner, Mr. Andy Seaman, was kind enough to give us a last minute rate. He then... more

Came to Spring Lake with my girlfriend for a nice, quiet, tranquil weekend getaway . . . and got exactly what I was looking for. The Inn was in a great location, a block from the ocean. We parked our car and just walked everywhere--basically as relaxing a place as you could imagine. Amazing beach. Perfect sunsets. We wanted to... more
