Charming inn located in an old house. Renovated without losing the old time ambience. Very comfortable bed, fridge and freezer and microwave. Five minutes walk from the train station. The hostess, Maria, was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Found this place on line. Very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Big king bed in a separate room from a private living room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. There are a few steps to get in so probably not accessible if you are very mobility challenged. Very interesting inside with lots of old photos and gadgets. The bathroom had one of those disappearing cup holders that rotates into the wall. I haven’t seen that since I was a kid. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

I booked this room after reading reviews by others on Trip Advisor when we were in Summit before by son's wedding. I was not disappointed. The inn keeper called me a few days before our arrival to confirm we were coming and ask about our needs in order to decide which room to give us. They do not have an elevator so she wanted to know if we could climb stairs. I loved this personal touch. She gave us a room on the second floor that was very expansive with a sitting area, King bed and small bathroom. The room was so clean and tastefully deocrated. Small TV, microwave and compact refrigerator was also in the room . They have plenty of parking which was great and is within a few blocks of restuarants in downtown Summit. The street was very quiet. They do have window units but we didn't mind. I love that there was plenty of room for us to spread out!! So glad we picked this and will come again.…

Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked the room, but was extremely surprised and happy when I entered my room. Spacious bedroom with a king bed, huge bathroom, and a spacious living room with sofa, chair, table and chairs, microwave and refrigerator. Very quaint! Old fashioned look and feel, so if looking for a place like this I highly recommend this Inn! No staff present but Maria called and personally answered any all questions, very pleasant and helpful. Private parking lot and is located just a short walk to downtown Summit. Extremely romantic place to stay, and I will be returning.

I booked a room at the Turkey Hill Inn for a long term (12 week) stay this summer. As a first time customer, I was lucky to get the reservation since the Inn has so many repeat customers. The room was great and included parking. The owners are lovely and very accommodating and the location (close to train, highways and restaurants) was fantastic. All in all a great experience. I hope to visit again this winter just to stroll, explore and enjoy the people who run this lovely place.

What a beautiful old mansion this is. We were given a huge bedroom with its own bathroom and a living room suite down the hall. Carol the manager was very nice. The history of the house is fascinating and I wish we could have stayed longer. We have already decided we will return again and spend more time there. Thanks Carol!

We had booked the Turkey Hill Inn for the weekend, as we were visiting from out-of-state as former New Jersey residents and wanted to stay in Summit for before we continued our journey. We thought we would have a simple room, but we ended up having a nice large bedroom and bath, and a separate living room down the hall. As it turned out, the full day (Saturday) was a rain out and it was terrific having the living room to hang out in. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful historic feel to it. The location is perfect, nearby the farmer's market, restaurants, train station. It's also a great area for walking. We enjoyed chatting with Carol, the manager, and the whole visit was nice. Highly recommend.

W e were so surprised at our rooms! We had a full suite with two large rooms adjoining the rest of the house. The place was filled with antiques and pictures of the history of the house and Summit. The manager was very informative and a very gracious hostess. This place is a trip!

A 1890's mansion converted into a modern B and B. Rooms large and well appointed with a mixture of old and new furnishings. A short walk to the high end center of Summit and some fabulous restaurants. Clean and comfortable with ample parking. Breakfast, especially the coffee, leaves something to be desired. But, I would return. Not a long walk for a Taylor Ham and egg sandwich, it is Jersey after all

Recently stayed at the Turkey Hill Inn for three nights. The beautiful charm and ambiance of a old Victorian home. The rooms are spacious, includes a large bedroom with attached full bath, a large living room with a small refrigerator and microwave. It is decorated in antique furniture but found it was very comfortable and homey. The location is just a block away from the main part of town, with easy to find restaurants. Breakfast was offered around 7am, but we were up and out before that time so we didn't partake. Free wifi is available in the rooms. Off street parking next to the house is provided.
