We recently had our wedding on October 23, 2009. We did everything from the pictures, ceremony, reception, to the after party at Kites Bar. We vacation to Vernon often with family and friends and everytime stay at this hotel. I have never once had bad service. The rooms, pools, gym, and spa are very nice. I stayed at Minerals with a friend for girl's night. The hotel is a little on the old side but still was nice. The bar upstairs was fun and the bartender Dave was a great guy. Because of the bad reviews we ate at an Irish pub a few miles away. The spa was very nice - a little pricey... more

Great little getaway for the whole family. Our family of four, swam in the 7 pools, golfed and took advantage of all the many amenities including spa and fee gym. Since our first trip, we have returned twice. more

The hotel is lovely and situated in a beautiful locale. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Our family group had a lot of special requests which were satisfied by patient and friendly employees. I had especially positive dealings with the group sales coordinator who was extraordinarily accommodating. Our family plans to come back again. more
