The man at the front desk was sooooo rude!! He gave us our room key before the room was cleaned and it was NASTY! Smelled, pee in the toliet, YUK! He didnt give us another room, so after it was cleaned we were forced to stay there. Naaasty more

If you are a person that expects a lot out of a two star motel than this is not a motel for you. This place is average like most of other motels. The price was reasonable and the rooms were fine. Obviously they are not cleaned daily but they do take out the garbage and bring you fresh towels everyday.... more

My stay at the Knolls Resort was a pleasant one, where we were met with friendly service, and it was a short walk to the boardwalk which didn't require me to drive. It was a nice, quiet, atmosphere to spend a weekend down the shore. I would definitely consider staying there again. more

We had 2 families with teenagers and we rented 2 rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and the manager was very flexible working with us. He gave us 2 rooms next to each other and was more than cooperative to assist us with our every need and questions. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. more
