If you rate this motel as good, you must be smoking crack. TERRIBLE service, very rude staff, rooms were in terrible shape. Location is convenient, but I'd rather sleep on the street next time than stay here. Website said daily maid service, complementary coffee - this is not true. Do not stay here with young children. There is no pool, the rooms are not made up each day, and the trash is never emptied! The only good thing is its location... but it's very loud throughout the night. There are so many nicer hotels with pools just across the street and within a few blocks. We were so upset... more

Check out time was at 10AM and the motel manager was still sleeping!!!! We banged on his door to wake him up and he came out screaming and swearing at us! If you run a motel, why wouldn't you be awake when it's time to check your guests out?!?! Never stay here!!!!! Complete waste of your money! more

The Monaco Motel was clean with nice decor. The location is wonderful by the beach, boardwalk, stores, convention center, etc. Very relaxing. You'll want to go back! more

All I can say about the Monaco Motel is that it is a great place to stay, It is very clean, very close to the boardwalk and the staff is really friendly, I had a great time there and I can tell the manager is really helpful and always ready to help me. It is also very safe. more

Very covenient motel right of boardwalk. Rooms not the cleanest and need to makeover accomadations to look more like a 2008 motel vs. 1958. Ok for someone looking for a one night stand with a hoochie mama, but not ideal for decent family folks with small children. Overpriced for summer stay. Would prefer major hotel chain.
