What a dump. Opened my door to find a half empty bottle of water on the TV and a day old, half read news paper on the desk. Clock didn't work, toilet seat was broken and my room smelled so bad I had to leave the door open. Never again !!! more

The Red Carpet Inn in Williamstown, NJ was very clean and the service was great. The amenities included a refrigerator and microwave, which were cool and what you might expect at a more expensive motel. The price was just right for all the features the room offered as well as the customer service. more

1.Requested first floor for handicapped - was to be charged $10 more when we got there than originally quoted (no elevator for 3rd floor room!) 2.Room smelled. 3.Smoke detector hanging out of wall. 3.Towel rack fell off the wall. 4.Microwave didn't work. Need I say more? more

The hotel had well decorated rooms. They were clean and simple. A big plus was that there was Wireless Internet Access in the rooms. There was even a DVD player. Prompt and kind service. The hotel was close to Applebee's and some other restaurants. more
