The Nguni is truly an amazing place, luxurious, relaxing with excellent food and friendly staff. However, we were mislead. We understood when booking that they had the big five, when they actually don't. We were taken to the Addo Park for two out of our four game drives for which we were charged extra. My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of a week travelling down the garden route. We spend 2 nights at this Lodge situated in the Addo National Park in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The park has the added attraction of being malaria free and having the big 5. Had a fantastice weekend here in late February. The location is spectacular (view of Zebras from your bedroom!) and the game drives are excellent - get Lukas as a driver if possible as he has huge knowledge and a real passion for his work.
