Sadly we spent only one night at the very pretty Saxe-Coburg Lodge. We arrived late afternoon and were given the option of the honeymoon suite in the main house or a rather nice garden room which is what we settled for. My wife and I stayed at Saxe-Coburg Lodge on a return trip to Prince Albert which is an ideal location for both hiking or just relaxing. Exquisite quality accomodation. No expense spared by Hosts Regina and Dick to make this a lovely relaxing stopover. Be prepared though, they don't accept credit card payments. Slightly annoying when you're on holiday to go running around looking for an ATM machine to settle your bill. more
