This must be one of the best bed & breakfast ever. The historic house has total and absolute charm, rooms have been decorated with great taste, the place really oozes a vintage-luxury atmosphere. The owner is friendliness-in-person and cooks the most beautiful (and tasty!) breakfasts. Safe car parking is available on the premises. The centre of Swellendam is one kilometer... more

Lorraine and Hilda made us so welcome, nothing was to much trouble. From the amazing and beautifuly presented breakfast, to the advice on where to visit they did all they could to make our 2 nights very special. We had the run of the house and we were encouraged to make ourselves at home, they even had the car washed... more

We stayed for two nights at the MOOLMANSHOF B&B itssaid to be the oldest house standing in Swellendam ,The main house has three bedrooms and when westayed there were just the 4 of us.Everything is old and beautfully furnished.The owner Lizette was away but her friend Lorraine who looked after the house was so friendly.The Breakfast was so well presented... more
