Phoned just an hour before we arrived in Swellendam exhausted with no place to stay. Arrived to a very warm welcome. Lovely cottages set in pleasant gardens. The rooms were very quaint, though dimly lit, and contained antique furniture. The restaurant is excellent and renowned as being one of the best on the garden route. We would definitely stay here again! more
