standard rooms need a serious upgrade. Everything is outdated from the paint to the bathroom. I'm not sure about the deluxe rooms from what I have heard they are nice. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again for the amazingly friendly hotel staff, the perfect location and great pool (and it doesn't hurt that its within my budget). more

The Pelangi has an unbeatable location right on the beach in Seminyak and there is a good sized pool area looking onto the beach. Stayed here for 4 nights and everything was brilliant. Location, pool, rooms-all clean with the mod cons you could expect. For the price its brilliant. Just dont eat at the hotel restaurant. the huts on the beach serve free calamari for about $2 AUD. All round good place to stay more

We did not mind being within spitting distance of the other wing's balconies across from our room (we hardly spent any time in the room anyway).
