We have just returned from Mango Bay after a wonderful week, totally agree with the comments here about the staff, they could not have been more helpful or friendly. The set up of the resort was great, simple but very adequate for our needs. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety, even with only 2 restaurants. We shall definitely... More

Arriving at Mango Bay was a little revelation, no noise, no pollution, just nature, sea, sunsets and occasionally, even cows to share the grounds. What I most appreciated was the outstanding service and staff who go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible (a rarity in Viet Nam). The location is great, away from the... More

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children under 5, we stayed at Mango Bay early Jan 2012. For us it was all about relaxing, the beaches were beautiful white sand, the water was warm & so clear. Our Children spent most of the days at the beach playing & collecting sea shells. We had the plantation Bungalow... More

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds are very hard though. We stayed in a Rammed earth bungalow which had a balcony, bedroom and outside toilet. Weather fab every day. Stayed from 14.01.2012 until 23.01.12 so just got back. You don't pay for anything while you are there with cash, they bill you at the end of your stay. Food was fine... More

They have a lovely location but that is probably about it. The resort is too far from anywhere to go elsewhere so you must eat at their restuarant which is ok but by no means great. Their mosquito nets are oppressively hot and need a fan inside them to sleep. Needing several fans on 24 / 7 is not my... More

Mango Bay Resort was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday. It is in a beautiful location on the beach, the buildings are attractive and fit in with the environment, and the food is excellent. The staff were attentive and did everything possible to make our stay there enjoyable. It is a rather long bumpy cab ride to town but... More

Remember the first time you sat on a beautiful white sandy beach? If you are lucky, that was more than 20 years ago and somewhere remote at the time - like the Carribbean? Now adays, it seems increasingly unlikely to find that beautiful peaceful beach with clean calm waves and lazy afternoons with a cold beer nearby and not much... More

We spent 5 nights in this amazing resort from 5th to 10th of January. Absolutely loved the location, beach and bungalows. Bungalows are very nice, clean and authentic. Yes, there is no hot water, no aircon or TV, but that's was it makes it so relaxing and different from other places. Bathroom is outside and it was really cool taking... More
